At Akind, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
